Expert Profile
Nur Kamariah Binti Abdul Wahid obtained her first degree in Bach. Business Administration (BBA) from IIUM in 1997, MBA from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2009, and PhD degree from University of Malaya (UM) recently with research topic on Spiritual Leadership, Workplace Spirituality and Knowledge Sharing Behavior in Telecommunication Industry in Malaysia.
She has been accumulating her working experience in IT industry and Telecommunication industry since her graduation (1997) with the highest position as Product Specialist with one the leading telecommunication player in Malaysia. Her exposure in telecommunication industry was very much in Project Management and Product Development. Her success story in her career were to be chosen to lead few projects worth millions Ringgit and successfully launched ranges of "machine to machine' solutions as well as other solutions to support telecommunication value added services (VAS). She also had been exposed to join as part of annual business planning group at strategic level at divisional level as well as to be the liaison in translating advanced technology learned from internal conferences into product roadmaps at the organization level.
Upon completion of her PhD she joined IIUM as lecturer with Department of Business & Administration, KENMS. Her teaching responsibilities are:
