Asst. Prof. Dr. Nurul Ain Norman is an Assistant Professor at the International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilisation (ISTAC-IIUM), and an established scholar in philosophy, humanities, education, and civilisational studies. Her expertise encompasses applied philosophy, logic, philosophy of mind, philosophy of religion, comparative philosophy, metaphysics, epistemology, and philosophy of education, alongside specialised work in integration of knowledge, curriculum design, ethical leadership, and future-oriented education. Her academic work advances philosophical inquiry into the nature of knowledge, reality, consciousness, belief, and human intellectual development across diverse civilisational and philosophical traditions. She examines both foundational philosophical questions and their practical implications for education, leadership, and institutional transformation.
