Abdulhalim Samae is an Assistant Professor of Arabic Literature at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), with a distinguished record encompassing a range of academic and administrative roles. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the Islamic University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia, and subsequently pursued his Master's and PhD degrees from the International Islamic University Malaysia. Since 2022, he has served as an Assistant Professor at the Kulliyyah of Sustainable Tourism and Contemporary Languages. Throughout his career, Abdulhalim Samae has actively contributed to academia, assuming roles such as a paper reviewer for international conferences, an internal examiner for master dissertation examinations, and an academic advisor specializing in Arabic language. Notably, he was awarded the Overall Best Paper Award in the Education Track (Arabic Language) at the 5th International Conference of Languages, Education, and Tourism in 2023. His scholarly work encompasses articles published in both local and international journals, as well as presentations at conferences covering a range of topics including Arabic literature, Islamic literature, world literature, teaching Arabic as a second language, and Arabic for specific purposes.
