Dear all,

CENTRIS is calling for paper submissions for CENTRIS E-journal (Volume 1, December 2024).

Scope:
Any research related to Islamisation, integration and relevantisation (IIR) discourse, ranging from its fundamental philosophical premises, revisions, to the evolving pragmatic approaches surrounding the discourse i.e. relevance of IIR in scientific research and offshoots of IIR discourse e.g. Islamic postcolonial, emancipatory and/or indigenous concepts; community engagement; etc.

Guidelines:
Original research should be 5,000-8,000 words, in English, accompanied by an abstract of 100-150 words. 
Manuscripts should be double-spaced with a 1 in (2.5 cm) margins. Use 12-point Times New Roman Font.
Manuscripts should adhere to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association.
The title should be as concise as possible and should appear on a separate sheet together with name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), and the completed postal address of the institute(s).
A short running title of not more than 40 characters should also be included.
Headings and sub-headings of different sections should be clearly indicated.
References should be alphabetically ordered. Some examples are given below:

Transliteration of Arabic words should follow the style indicated in ROTAS Transliteration Kit, which is a slight modification of ALA-LC (Library of Congress and the American Library Association) transliteration scheme. Transliteration of Persian, Urdu, Turkish and other scripts should follow ALA-LC scheme.

All articles will undergo double-blind review process. Articles must be proofread before being considered for publication. The quality of the articles will not be compromised and the decisions made are final.
