Assoc. Prof. Dr Siti Kamariah Che Mohamed started her career as medical doctor in 1999 at Hospital Ipoh after completing her undergraduate studies at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. After completed her housemanship training, she was then transferred to Hospital Kuala Terengganu as medical officer in Department of Surgery for two years. She joined Kulliyyah of Medicine, IIUM as trainee lecturer in 2003 and later enrolled in Master of Medicine (Radiology) with the School of Medical Sciences, USM. Currently she is senior lecturer at Kulliyyah of Medicine, IIUM Kuantan and involves with undergraduate and postgraduate teaching activities. She is also involves with teaching undergraduates students for the Department of Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy, Kulliyyah of Allied Health Sciences. Apart from teaching responsibilities, she also serves Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre@IIUM (SASMEC@IIUM) and IIUM Medical Specialist Centre (IMSC) as consultant radiologist. Her special interest is breast imaging and uroradiology. She is registered with the National Specialist Registry since 2009, and a member of the College of Radiology (CoR), Academy of Medicine of Malaysia (AMM), Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) and Islamic Medical Association of Malaysia (IMAM).
