Expert Profile
Zeenat Begam Bt Yusof obtained her Diploma in Islamic Revealed Knowledge, B.Sc in Architectural studies and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from IIUM, Malaysia. She obtains her Master of Environment degree from UPM, and the PhD degree from UITM Shah Alam. She started to work as an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Architecture, IIUM in 2005 until 2006. In 2007, she went to pursue her Master degree in UPM. She joined back IIUM (KAED) in 2009 and continues her teaching as lecturer. In 2013, she commenced her PhD study. During PhD duration, she won three bronzes and one silver medal for IIUM Research, Invention & Innovation Exhibition (IRIIE) in 2012, 2013 and 2014. She also has produced many Journal papers, book chapters and research reports on the Island tourism and green operation of hospitality buildings. During working period in KAED she has actively involve in many Department of Architecture programs, workshops, and seminars.
