Muhamad Rusdi Ahmad Rusmili is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Basic Medical Sciences,Kulliyyah of Pharmacy, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He obtained his B.Pharm (Hons) from IIUM and later, his Ph.D from Monash University. His doctorate research mainly involves in the utilization of proteomics technology and pharmacological techniques to identify and characterize neurotoxic activity of krait venoms and toxins. His research interests are mainly on the effect of exotic venoms, the efficacy of anti-venom, characterization of novel proteins from venom and their potential applications.
