Expert Profile
Nurita Juhdi graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with BEcons (Hons.) in 1998. Then, she pursued her MBA at University Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK) and obtained the degree in 2000. She also earned her Ph.D from the same university in 2009. She served UNIRAZAK from 1998 to 2011 and then left for IIUM. She has been teaching management subjects especially in HRM area. Occasionally, she also teaches economics related subjects.
Nurita Juhdi is active doing research in HRM, especially in Talent Management. She has published papers in various indexed journals and presented her research findings in local and international conferences. Her research works were funded by research grants from the universities (both UNIRAZAK and IIUM) and the Ministry of Education Malaysia.
