Expert Profile


Zaireena Wan Nasir obtained a First Class Honours in BBA, specializing in International Business, from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2000. In 2001, she joined the International Islamic University Malaysia as an Assistant Lecturer. She completed her M.Sc. Management from University Putra Malaysia in 2005 with a thesis entitled "Factors influencing ethical decision-making intentions in Islamic financial organizations". Her Ph.D. in Management from the Graduate School of Business, University Kebangsaan Malaysia was completed in 2015 with a thesis entitled "Phenomenological case study of spiritual connectedness in the academic workplace".Presently, Zaireena is a lecturer at the Department of Business Administration.
