Nor Ashikin binti Idris holds a Master's degree in Teaching Arabic as a Second Language from Kulliyyah of Education, IIUM. She joined IIUM in 2002 as a CELPAD teacher. For the past 12 years, she has held several positions at CELPAD.
Presently, Nor Ashikin Idris is a representative of WELFARE CELPAD at the Centre for Foundation Studies, Gambang Campus.
